TimeXtrade does not guarantee any trading outcome, return, profit or performance level. Any examples, figures or descriptions are illustrative. Backtested or simulated results are hypothetical and do not indicate future results.
4. Risk
Trading carries risk, and automated execution does not remove it. Please read the Risk & Regulatory Disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The website's design, text, graphics, the TimeXtrade name and logo, and the arrangement of content are owned by TimeXtrade or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from the website content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
6. Software ownership
Ownership of software developed for a client, and of any TimeXtrade pre-existing components, tools or frameworks used to build it, is defined in the separate written agreement for that engagement. Nothing on this website transfers any licence or ownership in software. TimeXtrade's proprietary trading technology and its underlying logic remain the exclusive property of TimeXtrade and are not licensed by use of this website.
7. Third-party services and integrations
The website loads a web font from Google Fonts and processes form submissions through a third-party form provider. Any broker, exchange or data-provider APIs referenced are operated by those third parties under their own terms. TimeXtrade is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make.
8. Regulatory disclaimer
TimeXtrade makes no claim of registration with, approval by, or certification from SEBI, any stock exchange or any other regulator unless such a registration or approval actually exists and is stated explicitly. TimeXtrade does not use labels such as "software licensing", "SaaS", "technology fee" or "code rental" to characterise any activity that is in substance a regulated activity; website copy is intended to describe the actual technology and services. Regulatory treatment of a specific arrangement may depend on the deployment, broker, exchange, execution architecture and services involved, and clients are responsible for their own compliance.
9. Acceptable use of enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, you confirm the information is accurate, that you are entitled to share any strategy details you provide, and that you are not asking TimeXtrade to provide investment advice or to guarantee a result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeXtrade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Engagement-specific liability is governed by the separate written agreement.
11. Availability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Governing law
